Professional Code of Conduct

At Northern Partners we seek to improve the world around us by setting the best example:

We are patient and courteous.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes – but is not limited to – any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, culture, national origin, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, religion and political belief.

We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a company. Our decisions will affect clients and colleagues and those consequences must be taken into account when making decisions.

We do not accept disrespectful behavior.
Disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior.
An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not productive nor creative.

Always conduct yourself professional.
Harassment and exclusionary behaviour are not acceptable.
This includes – but is not limited to – threats of violence, personal insult using racist and sexist terms, sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means, personal insult or unwelcome sexual attention.

Do not harass others for having different opinions.

We resolve disagreements and differing views constructively.

Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint, doesn´t mean that they are wrong. Different people have different opinions and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas.

We believe that our differences is our strengths.
